* Start Date: Early July 2025 Stone Tech is a stone benchtop fabrication company based in Auckland. We work with cabinet makers, builders, and designers to deliver high-quality kitchen and bathroom surfaces using porcelain, quartz, and natural stone. Job Responsibilities:Prepare quotations and enter orders into the system Follow up on customer payments, issue invoices, and manage accounts receivable Coordinate installation schedules and maintain the company calendar Communicate with clients and handle post-installation support Assist with monthly stocktake and manage local procurement Maintain online listings and respond to customer inquiries Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations Support the manager with business follow-ups and project tracking
Requirements:Fluent in both English and Mandarin is preferred Proficient in Excel, Word, Google Calendar, and other office tools Strong sense of execution – must complete tasks quickly and accurately (this is the most important) Detail-oriented and well-organized, with a love for tidiness and order Excellent time management and multitasking skills under pressure Newcomers without experience are welcome, but must have a positive learning attitude and strong responsibility Experience in the building, cabinetry, or benchtop industry is a strong advantage Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients
