We are seeking a proactive and reliable Office Administrator to join ourteam at our Henderson office. This is a diverse, fast-paced role requiringstrong time management, a high level of motivation, and excellent customerservice skills. You’ll be a key part of our head office operations, workingclosely with team members and management to ensure smooth day-to-dayadministration. KeyResponsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Handle sales order processing, invoicing, credits, and courier label preparation
- Coordinate with freight and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide onsite support by explaining product functionalities and preparing quotations
- Support leadership and team members with general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and assist with stock and logistics management
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration
- A strong understanding of online and retail store operations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Solid computer literacy and fast typing skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- A team-oriented approach and the ability to multitask effectively
- A full, valid driver’s license
- A high level of personal responsibility and efficiency
Preferred Skills(Not Essential)
- Experience with Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Illustrator
- Knowledge of WooCommerce, GoSweetSpot, MYOB, or Trade Me (training will be provided)
- Background in design or logistics is a plus

Working Hours
This is a full-time role of approximately 43+ hours per week.
Standard operating hours:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
(Hours negotiable for the right candidate.)
