This is a great opportunity to work with an international trading company based in Manukau city.You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with people from all around the world, amazing attention to details and organisation skills and be able to answer queries within a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel Skills and be able to communicate over the phone with a wide variety of people, multiple Language speaking – have to be fluency in English, Vietnamese.

The ideal person must have some customer service experience, keen to take ownership of their workload and genuinely interest in starting a career in exports business.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and replying to emails
• Answering & directing incoming calls
• Prepare exports documentations
• Follow up orders / Vessel Tracking
  

Training will be provided for someone with a “can do” attitude, a strong work ethic and an appetite for success.  This is a permanent full-time position based in our Manukau office.   All applicants must have the right to live and work in New Zealand at the time of applying.
