We’re looking for a detail-focused and digitally capable eCommerce Assistant to join the Marvle3D team in a full-time role. If you enjoy working with product data, coordinating online operations, and supporting customer experiences through smooth digital processes, this role is for you.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our website is up to date, orders are processed efficiently, and the online store continues to deliver a high-quality shopping experience.

About the Role

As our eCommerce Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and optimising our online store via PrestaShop. You’ll manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and customer orders, while supporting efforts to improve conversion, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, stock levels, and content updates on the PrestaShop website

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

• Monitor eCommerce performance and report on sales, traffic, and customer behavior trends

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve website conversion and user experience

• Support digital marketing efforts, including product promotions and email campaign coordination

• Liaise with suppliers for product updates and technical issues, and escalate to tech support where needed

Skills & Experience

• Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g. PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento)

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for managing product data

• Familiarity with basic photo editing tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, or similar)

• Strong written and verbal communication, excellent organisation, and attention to detail

• Basic understanding of SEO, UX principles, and digital marketing is a plus

• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced team environment
