岗位职责 / Responsibilities
- 协助市场部门执行各类营销活动,包括线上和线下宣传、活动策划与落地执行
- 负责日常行政支持,如文件整理、数据录入、会议安排、报销及采购流程
- 协助准备市场推广资料,包括PPT、宣传单、社交媒体内容等
- 跟进供应商、合作伙伴、媒体等的沟通与协调工作
- 协助收集、整理及分析市场信息与活动效果数据
- 完成上级交办的其他工作
· Assist the Marketing Department in executingvarious campaigns, both online and offline
· Provide daily administrative supportincluding document filing, data entry, meeting scheduling, expense claims, andprocurement processes
· Assist in preparing marketing materials suchas presentations, flyers, and social media content
· Liaise with vendors, partners, and media toensure smooth project execution
· Collect, compile, and analyze marketinformation and campaign performance data
· Perform other duties assigned by thesupervisor
任职要求 / Requirements
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理、传媒或相关专业优先
- 1年及以上相关工作经验,优秀应届毕业生也可考虑
- 熟练使用Office办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)
- 中英文读写良好,能与国内外同事或客户沟通
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神
- 细心、责任心强,能同时处理多项任务
- 持有合法的新西兰工作签证
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Communication, or related fields
- 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English for communication with local and overseas teams/clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask effectively
