It’s a clean and modern three-storey townhouse with a cozy vibe. Located in Flatbush — the bus stop is right outside, and Ormiston Mall and Pak’nSave are just 3 minutes away by car.
We’re a friendly bunch in our 20s and 30s — one Kiwi guy and two Asians. We respect each other’s space but enjoy hanging out sometimes, like watching Netflix, playing games, or having a chat over a drink.

The room is on the top floor and comes fully furnished with a built-in wardrobe, bed, and bedside table. You’ll share a small lounge and bathroom on the same floor with one friendly flatmate.
The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials like dish soap and cleaning supplies. Rent is $250 per week (bills are included within reasonable usage). Notice period is 2 weeks, and the deposit is 2 weeks’ rent.
We’re looking for someone who pays rent on time, keeps shared spaces tidy, and respects other flatmates, but also enjoys hanging out and socialising together occasionally.
