关于华人留学生的问题的校方会议

应华人学生会的要求和经过3个月的联络, 学校已经开始建立起一起专门针对留学生(特别是华人)的小组进行处理和部署.
以下是和学生服务部负责人JO WILKINS的EMAIL交流内容.
Hi there,
Further to an email from Phil Mann, we are looking at putting on a session on Thursday 24th April, this is to coincide with ANZAC Day which will be used as the draw card, I had thought about a History lecturer doing a brief blurb about the ANZACS , we can also do ANZAC biscuits, give them a poppy etc.
I spoke with Jack (MUCS club) who suggested the top  issues are  dealing with friends, finding work, relationships (sexual), having to speak confidently , making sense of what the media shows-is it reality?
Vivien also added:
Driving courtesy, slang, health (smoking, gambling, oral hygiene), spirituality.


If you are happy with this time frame of 3 weeks to prepare, we need to gather! Can I suggest we meet on the OR side since Gabrielle, Penny and Jack are over there. Penny what days are you in/available next week? (Vivien is not back till 15th so happy for us to plan and tell her what she is doing when she gets back!)
