study language + living cost is not cheap.
Research based agri + horticulture requires higher English level, if you have enough budget suggest you study English and pass IELTS here.

suggest you to study Master course focused on projects. if you can fill your degree with some practical projects, will certainly help you to find a job.

国内雅思有机经考经啥的，感觉会简单一点吧，我没在国内试过，但是这边语音学校没有类似捷径的东西，只有使劲做题，不过，一来就开始读研，完全陌生的环境，神马都从新开始，怕你不适应，读个几个月的语言学校，可以了解本地的各种东西，适应，生活，学习，等等，所以，你自己决定吧。

林肯的园艺应该不错，世界地位，不详。

找工作，然后移民，看命！
