周末去朋友新家，房子都是刚刚盖好或者正在盖， 马路还没有通哦。。



第一次进去刚刚盖好的房子，还有一阵油漆味哇。。

大家怎么看东区flat bush这个区。。。
有潜力不？

０２年之后的PLASTER怎么样啊，会不会好点？

论房价上升，中区肯定是升的最早最快的，房价回落，中区是最后降的吧

nice brand new area 新房差不多是盖一套卖一套的 过了ormiston桥以后往mission heights方向的都不错 chaple road那边就算了

好易租。近小學附近，一間350地，200兩層，收600一週收了7年。430地，280兩層的，收680收了8年。中間只是斷過2周。新開發那邊可能要等設施齊才好。沒有買過新那邊，不知道。

新材料都是 越来越low maintenance。。

哪有可能 比旧材料更多maitenance的是更好？

plaster就是美观一些。。。

同意。最近看這類。校區內，闊大海景，1.5內，低cv20%的優質plaster。出租10年再看迴報。

这不算什么问题啊，投资房你也不住进去。

yes.

at the moment, anything about plaster is not selling well.

but if you just want living in a house within school zone with tight budget.

what else you can go?
