「急」请教：visa variation 有要求前后的offer要同一水平吗

公司要提前解除合约，两个礼拜内..看到说工签会跟着立刻作废,就意味着要立刻回国。
朋友建议说可以拿另一个offer去做variation申请延期，但是我现在拿的是work to residency, 有最低年薪要求；新offer没有那么高的工资，只能申请普通工签。
这样的情况我可以申请variation 吗？
打电话给移民局总没人接，已经写了email,但是还没有回复。
忍不住想来这里问问，拜托各位大虾啦~

我是说即使不申请variation。
但你有其他offer，可以申请essential

W2.25.1 Varying the conditions of temporary entry class visas

See also Immigration Act 2009 s 52
a. Holders of temporary entry class visas should apply for a variation of the conditions of their visa if:
i they wish to work and do not have a visa that allows work in New Zealand; or
ii they hold a work visa and wish to study in New Zealand (see U6.20); or
iii they hold a work visa limited by conditions and wish to change employers or the place of employment; or
iv it is inappropriate for some other reason to apply for a work visa.

b. Immigration officers may grant a variation of conditions in such cases provided that the applicant completes an Application for Variation of Conditions and produces:
i the appropriate fee; and
ii a valid passport or travel document; and
iii any other documents or information requested by the immigration officer or specified in (d) below.


上面我贴的网页内容 和 这个移民局工作手册的内容都是 29/11/2010 更新的，所以不知道要听哪个了。

最简单还是周一到移民局的Information Desk或是打电话问下。

Oh 就差最后三个月就到两年了...
我也申请LTSSL的Work To Residence，但被告知专业不对口.

关于你的情况，移民局网站上这么写：

I'm no longer working for the same employer as when I was granted my work visa.  Does this affect my visa?
If you’re here under a working holiday scheme, or you were granted a partnership work visa based on your relationship with a work visa holder or a New Zealand citizen or residence class visa holder, changing employers does not affect your work visa.

For all other workers, if your employer is named on your work visa, then you need to inform us that you’ve changed employer. You will need to apply for another work visa and should not start work in your new job until your new work visa has been approved.

If you were granted a visa because you secured a job with an accredited New Zealand employer and you change job, you’ll only be able to remain in New Zealand if your new job is with another accredited employer.  Even if you find work with another accredited employer, we’ll still need to approve the arrangement.

照这个页面说的，如果工签上有公司名字，给另外一家公司做，需要重新申请签证...

不是试用期呢，原本的两年的合同还有三个月结束
