As your ticket has been booked through a Travel Agency you will need to refer back to the agent regarding this enquiry. Your travel agent is able to contact our Sales Support office for further assistance regarding this enquiry.
A travel agency is a private retailer and are responsible for their own tickets, unfortunately we are unable to provide any further assistance with amendments or fares rules to your ticket.

Dear Yizhao
Thank you for your response in regards to penalty fees.
All airfares are sold at different fare levels, which all have different terms and conditions. Dependant on the type of fare you issue, eg. Flexi fares, smart saver fares; the fare rules will differ.
We highly recommend reading through the terms and conditions before purchasing a ticket as this will advise what penalties are involved when amendments need to be made.
