各位前辈好！有个事情请教，请大家指点下。      

        我打算去新西兰读汽车修理专业，毕业后申请移民。按照移民局有关要求，certificate level4也可以移民，但是必须是 national certificate level4（不知道我的理解是否有误？）。查阅新西兰全部理工学院的课程，UNITEC理工学院有National Certificate in Motor Industry level4，要求是汽修从业人员就读。另外两个理工开设该专业的院校（没要求是汽修从业人员,也未曾咨询），分别是Whitireia和wellington理工学院，他们提供的是3年的课程，课程名称虽没有national字样，但学校官网称该课程是包括National Certificate in Motor Industry level4的。其原话如此：Certificate in Automotive Technology (Level 4) ，Incorporates the following qualifications:
City and Guilds Diploma in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Light Vehicle)
City and Guilds Advanced Diploma in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Light Vehicle)
National Certificate in Motor Industry (Entry Skills) (Level 2)
National Certificate in Motor Industry (Automotive, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (Level 3) & (Level 4)

　　想请问下，读Whitireia和wellington理工学院的Certificate in Automotive Technology (Level 4) 汽修课程毕业后，能否凭该学历找到汽修工作来申请移民呢？在新西兰从事汽修工作除了有相关学历外，是否有要求要进行注册的（好像电工，水管工就是要求必须注册）？非常感谢！

非常感谢你指出错误,之前我的确说错了，抱歉！那么回到原来，如果想从事汽车电工Automotive Electrician (321111)，读这个专业，毕业后持有这个长期紧缺专业证书National Certificate in Motor Industry (Automotive, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (Level 4)，找到工作的话应该以可以申请移民了?

不知道你这个表格是什么时候的，我查的资料显示：This is the revised Long Term Skill Shortage List, effective from 24 March 2014.  也就是2014年3月24日生效的，应该是最新版的了，汽修这一栏内容如下：Automotive Electrician
(321111)，One of the following qualifications:- National Certificate in Motor Industry (Automotive  Engineering)  (NZQF Level  4)
- National Certificate in Motor Industry (Automotive Electrical Engineering) (NZQF Level 4)
- National Certificate in Motor Industry (Automotive Electrical and Mechanical Engineering) (NZQF Level 4) (relevant strand is Electrical and Electronics)。相比之前的要求，增加了一个证书可选，但是没有工作经验要求。

至于有工作才能读汽修专业nationa lcertificate level 4的问题，就是我在原帖中说的，unitec的课程是这样要求的，但是Whitireia和wellington理工学院，他们提供的是3年课程Certificate in Automotive Technology (Level 4) ，该课程仅对国际学生开放，学校官网称这个证书是包含National Certificate in Motor Industry (Automotive, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (Level 3) & (Level 4)，而它包含的这个证书，正是长期紧缺专业表今年新增的一个认可的证书。

不知道我的理解是否正确。

我刚才去查了下移民局官网，汽修工321211 Motor Mechanic (General)属于Occupation in Part B(Skill Level 3)，只要满足以下三点其中一点就可以，一是拥有ANZSCO中规定的National Certificate Level 4以上级别的学历，二是如果没有学历需要用工作经验来代替，三是如果是长期紧缺专业，满足其相关要求也可以，汽修工作为长期紧缺专业只要求有3个证书中的一个就可以。是我理解错了吗？

附上官网上的原话。
Occupations in Part B
If your occupation is listed at Part B of Appendix 6: List of Skilled Occupations, you must also have one of the following:
a relevant recognised qualification which is at, or above, level four on the NZQF (a qualification at level four must be a National Certificate or a New Zealand Certificate)
the relevant work experience that the ANZSCO indicates may be substituted for the required qualification; or
the relevant requirements specified in column three of the Long Term Skill Shortage List for your occupation (if your occupation is included in the Long Term Skill Shortage List).

我老公就是念unitec的汽修专业毕业的，好像专业名字不一样。他念了两年毕业后，给华人当了一年的学徒后找到了洋人工作，然后又工作了两年，洋人老板给他担保了移民。这都是好几年前的事了，越来越难移了。
