两年多工作经验PR已到手，国内北上广32万对应这里8万（都是税前），你会选哪一个 ？不谈空气质量，只谈薪资水平和个人发展。

国内拿32万，算啥“高级管理层”？“高级管理层”是大公司CXO级别的。别说一二线的，国内三线互联网公司CXO级别的，年薪也是100万往上，部门经理级别的，也是50万+，这些都还要外加股份或期权。

32万顶多算个青年技术骨干，工作经验5年左右，脑子稍灵光点的，都不稀奇。

I look forward to some programmer post to say that and if possible to say which industry, which programming language. Of course, the best is to say which company which job title.

You don't need to have US citizenship to get a high-salary job in US. Silicon Valley is occupied by Asians.

I don't know about others.

To reach nzd80k per year takes me around 17 years including 5 years working in shanghai, P.R.China. I think the salary really depends on lots of stuff. i.e. The city, country where you work. The industry you work on. Your boss willing to share the profit. Are you good enough? Any competition to your job position etc? The year you worked in? Of course you cannot use year 2000 to compare to year 2016 for the same job's salary. :-) I think there are so many programmers in Auckland, nz and it is impossible to get a job for 150k nzd per year for a programmer in trademe/seek job searching site. I think if I live in usa and have a usa citizenship, I am sure to get such salary without issue.

Of course I am not active looking for job to get higher salary in my 22 years programming career.

首先资历和工资水平就不对称，没有可比性。国内拿32万，已经是高级管理层了，这边8万，工作3年就有了。新西兰毕业生起薪就4/5万了，折合18万人民币了，汇率高时还有28万人民币！新西兰it做到经理，一年基本是10-14万左右，折合50-70万人民币。我北京同学，2个娃上个课外体育兴趣班，学费2万，只是这一个兴趣。奥克兰吃饭贵，开销的地方还是比北京少，6点以后全关门回家看电视了！

拿到了pr，回国就当是oe吧，或者去第三国，没有坏处何况工资还不低

两年后，再决定是否继续留在国内，或者回新西兰

I am very happy to tell you at that time I earned nzd60k a year before tax year 2000 in north shore, auckland, nz.

Since you cannot start that sap business, can you give me a free copy of that source code of your product and allow me to free to use? I always want to know how sap store abap source code in the database. It seems that abap source code is not stored as plain text.

我这个同事2000年是拿着15000RMB/月的工资的程序员，水平相当不错。我不知道你当时在国内拿多少钱？

创业是否成功大部分和技术关系不大。我也曾经和同事开发出一套基于智能卡的SAP通讯加密软件。当时，估计现在也是一样，国内没有其他公司有同类产品，也是原型通过测试了（离商业化还有一段距离）。 但是找了不少公司谈合作，都是感觉市场太小，最后也不了了之。

I used to finish prototype a project in two months(That is always like that in my 22 years development and in C/C++, delphi, vb, x86 assembly, c# asp.net mvc, sql, golang, java, windows, linux, android, ios, client/server) and this prototype is production ready which means is ready for commercial use. That guy working for two years is too long. He can see what's going on in three months without issue unless that his skill is not good enough, and can not push product out door in two months. :-)

32万可能会更有吸引力一点，尤其是楼主刚工作两年。看问题要有长远眼光。国内技术人员收入提高很快，你现在30万，如果干得好，过几年很有可能会60。这边8万你干得再好，也不可能变16万吧。
不过看到创业公司，就有一点担心。原来我有一个程序员同事被公司的前CTO忽悠出去跟着他创业，每月拿着5000的工资干了两年，终于没有坚持下来，又回去打工了。

我很认同这个观点，你的收入相对水平决定了你的生活消费档次，而不是拿汇率算过来算过去。我也看到一些人拿到身份后因为各自原因选择回国发展的。对于我来说，已经习惯和喜欢上新西兰的生活环境和工作节奏，当初选择出国移民就是为了这里的生活环境。

I think the whole point is if you can manage to have a mortgage free house in auckland, nz or shanghai, P.R.

China, both income is ok.

80knz dollar income is just 62680 nz dollar after tax

I agree

My shanghai relative just spent 300k chinese yuan a year for their daughter to study in private school and they need to continue to spent for 8 years. That figure is using the income after tax.

哈哈，两种说法都有一定的道理。

应该这么说，30万人民币在国内，作为租房子的单身年轻人，不考虑未来的话，吃吃喝喝，买衣服买电子产品，生活质量可以很高，高过新西兰年薪10万NZD的。

但是30岁以上的男人，在国内挣30万人民币，有家庭，有小孩，还要供房子，养老人的话，生活应该说是很苦逼的。就算是挣60万也比不上新西兰年薪10万NZD。

至少都是百万超上的。

60w在国内一线城市差不多是部门经理的水平。

实际购买力，也就是一比二的比例。
国内30w这边要有13w才差不多相当的生活水准和购买力。

对移民的普通工程师来说，拿到的薪水 购买力确实国内要好不少。

不过你说的翻个倍一般是要做到管理层，并且在火箭式上升的创业公司中比较有可能。
这边打工拿到26w也有啊，很多CEO都拿超过这个数。
所以拿很高薪水的，无论在哪里都是管理层

这个有点夸张吧？哪个从新西兰回去的程序员有能力拿60-100万？或者说哪个程序员在国内可以拿60-100万？或者说多少上班族在国内可以拿60-100万？这么说，国内的人生活真是水深火热啊！

如果考虑现在深圳的房价 估计没有一个公司的员工能有购买力
