父亲新西兰国籍，母亲pr，孩子中国出生可以在中国直接申请nzpr或者国籍吗？孩子没有在国内上户口，父母只有在这里结婚证没有去中领馆做过婚姻公证，也没有在国内开过结婚证，孩子没有户口…可以光用医学出生证明在中国的新西兰领事馆申请孩子的新西兰pr或者国籍吗？有懂的朋友请指导一下谢谢了…

按正常的护照申请就可以。
