我的jp邻居，我们住的是公寓，楼上的小孩扔下来各种各样的东西，经过多次和家长的交涉，每次他们只是道歉，但是还是继续扔，我隔壁邻居家的阳台都是干干净净，只有我们家，就像他们家的备用垃圾桶！具体情况大家就直接看我写给物业管理的邮件版吧，这是我今天刚刚发给他们的，我不知道他们能否帮我处理这件事，也希望能听听大家的意见，谢谢~~
我写这邮件是为了投诉楼上邻居的行为。我叫XX，是XX里的住户。从去年下半年开始，楼上邻居家的小孩们经常扔各种东西到我们阳台上，之前倒过透明液体和有色液体，扔过很多面包甜食，引了很多鸟和蚂蚁前来，并且留下许多排泄物。扔下的物品大部分是他们的玩具，但现在情况有点过分了，最近他们会扔未使用已打开的卫生巾，长扫帚，或比较大的物品。我们在阳台上休息时都会考虑到安全问题了，可能下次就是玻璃或者石头了。我们也和楼上邻居交涉过，虽然他们态度很诚恳友善，也和我们道歉。但扔物品下来的情况也越来越严重，所以不得已，我想寻求你们body corporate的帮助，希望你们可和他们沟通，以避免扔物品的现象继续发生。我认为孩子还小，需要更好的教育来让他们意识到错误，或者可以在家长无法管理孩子的事情，把阳台的门关上，从而避免他们往下扔各种物品。希望你们物业可以帮我们处理这个长期困扰我们的问题，如果你们无法解决，那么麻烦告知我们遇到这种情况我们应该找哪个部门进行协调，谢谢
I am writing this mail to complain neighbor upstairs, whose behavior is unacceptable. My name isXX, living in XX. Kids from upstairs have been throwing many kinds to stuff to our balcony since last Jun. There have been liquids, colored or uncolored; breads, desserts, which attracted birds and ants a lot, which left wastes for us to clean them up; most time was toys. And things are getting worse now. I am receiving broom, sanitary napkins (with package open), and other big/unexpected stuff. We are considering our own safety, hoping there will never be anything hurtful. Actually we tried to communicate before and they were apologized. However nothing change afterwards and things are even getting worse. Therefore I have no way but turn to body corporation’s help. Wish you may have a conversation with them to keep such thing happened again. Outside door/window is not some kind of trash can, somebody may having rest there. To keep your door/window closed when kids are playing, or do some education on whether throwing things out is right or not, both of them are very important for kids and family. Attached are some pictures and videos in last two weeks. In particular they once throwing a lot after we be back home, I am not sure is this a challenge or something. Hope you could help on this, and if this is out of your scope, appreciate if you can advise which dept. should we turn to. Many thanks in advance!
