担保父母移民明年六月开了话我想申请父亲过来，但担保父母移民有一项：sponsoring requirement：
１：第一个十年如果我爸不想出生活费是我必须付给他吗？
２：我爸不能立即拿福利？
３：我的继母能和他同时申请吗？
４：我爸的私人贷款他付不了我需要还吗？
