下周是international student officer的选举。为时一个礼拜。在众多参选者中，我最支持Rick Zhang，就是我口中的大师，HM。我支持他，在私，他是我很好，很重要的一位朋友。在公，他的确为国际学生做过事情，而且常为学校的大小活动出力。我就不在这里多说了，下面是他参选的自我介绍，我给大家打下来，请大家多多支持！
Hi, everyone:
I’m Rich Zhang from China. Over the past two years I have been worked as Green Shirt, Blue Gown, Class Representative and Help International Student Support Office in varies occasions. On May 2006 I worked with MUSA President Paul Falloon side by side on the Student Visa Change postcard campaign.
(大家好。 我是来自中国的Rick张。在过去的两年里，我曾为绿衣，蓝袍，为学科当代表，并且帮助国际学生支援部在一些不同的场合工作。在2006年5月，我和MUSA的会长Paul Falloon一起，策划并且组织了“学生签证改革”的明信片签名活动.)
These are the key issues for international students:
I believe a compulsory medical check every two years is meaningless.
I believe a 70% increase on Student Visa Application Fee is shameless.
I believe we are treated by policy-makers more like cash cow than guests.
(下面是一些关于国际留学生的重要问题：
我相信每两年一次的强制医疗检查是没有意义的。
我相信70％增长的国际学生签证费是无耻的。
我相信我们被决策者当作赚钱机器多于客人。）
These are the values I stand for:
I believe that rules and policies should be acting as Bridge NOT walls.
I believe that be all together we can make 2007 A Year of Making Progress.

I want to bring people together to make a difference and bring these clear messages to policy makers.

Vote for Rick, Vote For a Right Direction.
