Business assistant responsibilities: Admin Support
- - Provide general support to visitors
- - Provide information by answering questions andrequests
- - Handle multiple projects
- - Prepare and monitor invoices
- - Ensure operation of equipment by completingpreventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipmentinventories; evaluation new equipment and techniques
- - Carry out administrative duties such as filing,typing, coping, binding, scanning etc.
- - Coordinate office procedures
- - Reply to email, telephone or face enquiries
- - Resolve administrative problems
- - Good at office software such as WORD
Sales Support
- - Assists sales in processes such as thepreparation of quotations, receipt of orders, delivery order, and resolution ofreturn requests and quality problem
- - Review pending orders and specific customer’srequests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- - Maintains accurate records of all pricing,transactions, deliveries, and other sales activity report
- - Adheres to all company policies, procedures, andbusiness ethics
- - Aids in developing marketing strategies forpromotion of company’s goods and service
