The house is a 2 storey fully renovated home in a private neighborhood . The upstairs space is occupied by my partner and I, and we have one female roommate downstairs. The room available is downstairs, and there is a shared bathroom and toilet (shared with our female tenant). The bathroom and toilet are independent, and the bathroom includes a bath-tub.
