工地大工兼工地管理职位描述Site Foreman / Senior Builder with Site Management Duties 职位概述 | Position Summary我们正在寻找一位经验丰富、责任心强的工地大工，兼任现场管理职责。该职位不仅需要精湛的施工技能，还需具备基本的项目协调与团队管理能力，确保工地施工安全、有序、高效进行。 We are seeking an experienced and responsible senior builder who can also take on site management duties. This role combines hands-on construction work with basic project coordination and team supervision to ensure safe, orderly, and efficient site operations.
主要职责 | Key Responsibilities参与并完成各类建筑施工任务（如结构、木工、基础等）
Perform a variety of construction tasks including structural, carpentry, foundation, etc. 协助项目经理协调工地日常施工进度和工人安排
Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily site progress and worker allocation 管理现场工人、分包商，确保施工质量与安全规范
Supervise site workers and subcontractors, ensuring construction quality and health & safety compliance 每日记录施工日志和工作进展，反馈问题并及时沟通解决方案
Maintain daily site logs and report progress or issues to management 协调物料、工具和设备的订购与现场管理
Coordinate material orders, tools, and equipment handling on site 监督现场卫生、安保与危险控制
Monitor site cleanliness, security, and hazard controls 必要时与客户、检查员或设计师沟通
Communicate with clients, inspectors, or designers as needed
任职要求 | Requirements至少5年以上新西兰或海外建筑施工经验
Minimum 5 years of building experience in NZ or overseas 熟悉新西兰建筑标准与健康安全法规
Familiar with NZ Building Code and Health & Safety regulations 能独立读图并根据施工图纸操作
Able to read and work from construction drawings independently 有良好的沟通与协调能力
Good communication and coordination skills 具备责任心，能带领小型施工团队
Responsible and capable of leading small site teams 具备基本英文听说能力，能进行现场沟通
Basic English communication skills for on-site coordination 持有全工工具或车辆者优先
Own tools and/or transport preferred
