The place is fully furnished and located near the airport/train station and supermarket. There's fiber wifi, laundry and parking on site. As well as plenty of cooking and cleaning space. The house is also detached and reasonably private.

Ideal flatmates: I have a lot of experience hosting working holidays visas and couchsurfers (short term) from all over the world, but mostly America, East Asia and Europe. Ideally social, but that's not essential.
