# \. j% p/ {% k3 N" ~- dWe are a family of three living in Panmure, East Auckland, and we are looking for a female student tenant (16 years or older) starting from October. We are seeking someone who is quiet, tidy, and respectful in their daily habits.

$ @# o+ E: o* B9 J' AThe host parents are local professionals born in the 1970s, and their daughter is currently in intermediate school. We offer a clean, welcoming, and friendly home environment. We have hosted several female students from Japan， Korea， China, Brazil and Columbia who came to New Zealand to study English. We are easygoing and enjoy communicating in English on a daily basis, making our home especially suitable for young students wanting to improve their English quickly and experience local culture.
