Stone Tech Waikato Ltd is expanding and we are seeking a capable, motivated, and experienced individual to take on the role of Branch Operations Manager for our Hamilton team. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the new branch.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the full benchtop production process: measurement, scheduling, fabrication, delivery, and installation
• Supervise workshop and installation teams; assign tasks and ensure high-quality output
• Act as the communication bridge between the office, factory, installation team, and clients
• Handle client enquiries, confirm details, follow up on jobs, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work closely with the Auckland head office to align production and service standards
• Assist in inventory control, material ordering, and monthly stocktake
• Oversee machinery status, maintenance reminders (no hands-on repairs needed)
• Report regularly to the Director and participate in process optimisation
• Coordinate with your assistant for documentation, invoicing, basic admin
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations, production, or factory/site management (stone, kitchen, or related industry preferred)
• Familiarity with benchtop production, ability to read plans and perform measurements
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic English (verbal and written) required
• High level of reliability, independence, and execution
• Willingness to build the Waikato branch from the ground up with long-term vision
