以上招聘任职要求：

·       具备良好的沟通和解决问题的能力
·       具备良好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神
·       优秀的时间管理能力
·       注重细节，保持对学习新知识的热情
·       新西兰FullDriver Licence
·       具备新西兰本地建筑管理、橱柜厂生产管理或橱柜安装5年及以上工作经验；
·       具备相关项目管理或现场管理经验者优先
·       流利的英语口语
·       具有新西兰居留权或有效的新西兰工作签证

Must Haves:

·  Strong custom service skill and a good team player
·  Good communication and problem solving skills
·  Detail-oriented and results-driven
·  Willingness to learn and adapt as the business grows
·  Full Drivers License
·  Experience in the industry(renovation) or have aconstruction-related certificate/study
·  Have project management or site management experience isideal but not essential
·  Fluent in English & Mandarin
·  And lastly, works well with others as a team,but can alsowork independently

·  Applicants for this position should have NZ residencyor a valid NZ work visa.

What we offer the right applicant:
A work phone, uniform, company vehicle & we will up-skill you inproject management and company systems– continual training to be provided.Long-term prospects, we’re intending to develop this position as thebusiness grows for the next 3-5 years – nota short-term position.
