我找工作的一些经验

自己的一些经验，对刚毕业的人觉得会有用，请大家补充指证。
首先提醒找工作的朋友，找工作要提早下手，我是明年6月才毕业，没有工签，没有pr，不过我今年9月就有了offer。所以以上这些都不是你不找工作的接口或者说一定找不到，早动手，早早熟悉你的行业，知道有什么样的好公司，它们什么时候招人。什么公司在某个行业里是marketleader，公司工作的环境是什么样的。

其次，从找工作的过程中，你业可以知道你所在的行业的发展趋势，新的技术，因为好多在学校学的知识出来就落伍了。（IT我在行业是这样）从而有可以帮助你更好的学习。这点很重要，再你stage2或者stage 3 1st semester你就可以去一个大公司interview，对你本身几年来的学习是一种很好肯定，更激发你学习的劲头。

最重要的是你可以从中找到你的卖点，你所学的知识和你的经验最适合什么样的工作。我申请过好多IT的工作，基本上什么position都申请过了，后来学了infosys340（=infosys342 next year ),基本上只要申请graduatedeveloper都会得到interview，从这个我就知道，如果找这样的工作就很好找。

从更多的interview中你有可以积累经验，好多technical的问题，你可能都明白，不过让你用英语说出来，可能就不简单了。

最后，提早申请工作以从这个时候建立你的network，在你上学的时候加入什么组织，都不如可以得到一次去一个不错公司interview的机会，记住，如果你提前申请，（还有6个月或者9个月毕业）你interview万了以后一定要要对方的businesscard。这些都是你的重要的关系，等到你即将毕业或者毕业的时候还没有offer的话，你就可以利用这些关系，给它们发email说你毕业了，问问有没有工作机会，或者电话联系。这比盲目的发cv要来的有效的多。

找工作要提早下手，从中更好的了解你的行业，行业里的每个公司，发掘自己的卖点，一定会找到一分不错的工作。
