Reminder - Final date to apply for Compensation Grant and Refunds: Wednesday 25 May

Staff and students are reminded that applications for the Compensation Grant, Aid Grant and refunds close at 5pm on 3 June. No late applications will be accepted.
If you are eligible for these payments and have not already applied please do so by filling in and submitting the online form.
The deadline of 5pm on 3 June is also the latest parking permit refund request applicants can present at the Security Office with the parking permit coupon for verification, and to finalise the refund request for payment.
The next payment file will close at 9am on 30 May, with payments appearing in bank accounts on 31 May. The final payment will be made on 13 June, appearing in accounts on 14 June.

Refunds
A reminder that an online application form for Compensation Grants and refund payments will be available on the UC website by 1pm Monday 2 May. Options for payments include payment to a student’s bank account, back to Studylink or to the UC Scholarship Appeal Foundation (UCSAF). Internal transfers will be processed for the latter two options as these require manual intervention to refund Studylink and transfer funds to UCSAF.
