just got a call from MW, saying my sugar is a bit high, so need to fastening and have another blood test, so worry will effect Baby... i need to start excercising as i have not done any and now 7 mths pregnant. i need to eat more vege and fruits, less carbon hydranate, rice, bread etc..... is anyone else in same situation is me..making me verry worry

I was diagnosed gestational diabetes when I was in 33 weeks. I have been referred to Manukau super clinic. The dietitian has quite different plan for me. Surely, more exercises and good dieting will help in your case (It is not serious ).

多吃点GRAPEFRUIT,就算吃水果也要注意量，HANDFUL就好

多运动 一般生完就好了

我孕期也是血糖高，38周催产，宝宝很健康。生完后又去测了次血糖，很正常。lz只要控制饮食，按照mw给的那本饮食计划吃，就没有问题。不用担心，保持好心情！～

我在产后6周后又去做个GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test), 到现在都没有消息 （No news is good news）. 不过得了妊娠糖尿病,以后5至10年比其他妈妈们有跟高机会（60%)型糖尿病. 糖妈们，会在今后每3至5年间隔要求做GTT的。

thank you for everyonds info, i have GTT test on Tuesday and i have been walking a lot last few days, I hope everything is fine...that is right,  no news is good news.

i got my first gestational diabetes at week 23 & second gestational diabetes at week 16. After give birth my sugar level is back to normal.  No rice, noodle, potato only 2 slices of wholemeal bread for each meal, oak for breakfast. Lot of veg, meat, milk, cheese but only 1 apple per day. Walking for 30min after each meal can easy control the sugar level.

i'm so glad, i had fastening and 2nd blood test yesterday, everything seeis fine... not diagnosed with diabetes, but still exercise and diet is important. just a quick warning for pregnant mothers.

不要太担心，孕期血糖高不是太大的问题，如果同时伴有高血压和严重的浮肿，那么要引起重视。如果近亲家庭成员（父母什么的）有糖尿病的，那么要引起注意。祝福妹妹和宝宝。。。
