There are three rooms on the second floor: a large master suite for a single person, and two single rooms for one person each. These two single rooms share one bathroom ( toilet, shower, and sink are separate). Utilities are included. The landlord lives downstairs. Cooking is allowed, and the living room is available. The landlord is very busy with work and only goes home to rest in the evenings; he is generally not home on weekends. He is very easy to get along with. Clean, tidy, and hygienic working professionals and university students are preferred. No smoking or pets allowed. Available immediately. Rent is between $180-$280, negotiable.
