Hey I would like some of your professional advice please. We are planing to buy my in-law's family house in Massey. Full section over 800 m2, built in the 60's, 3 bedrooms, potentially 4, two lounges, two bathrooms. In need of some face lift though. They are willing to sell it for 380K as is so they will move on with their retirement village dream. Do you think we should seal the deal? We have our own house in north shore so this would be our investment. Do you think we should do it up and sell it for some quick bucks or rent it out as a long term investment?
