yeah it'd have to go through the whole ethics process again if I changed the age range. To be honest if I could I'd have raised the age limit even higher.
But then, having a smaller age range has its benefit - data are more concentrated and participants may have better homogeneity in terms of marital status, lifestyle, etc, than in a larger age range. That's why I decided to go for the lowered end.
Thanks for your suggestion though. Were/are you a psychology major?
