in 2007, Fed dropped interest rate but make no impact on the market.
I remembered NZ term deposit was 8% and Overdraft rate was about 10%.
After GFC, the QE printing money floods the market with money. It becomes a norm and unable to stop now, and the consequence is the money is becoming cheaper and cheaper through low interest rate.
The scarcity of land against Money, Land will always have an upper hand.
Money is kept diluting, land continues to be a scarcity of resources.
If you have money - BUY and if not, get it from Bank and BUY.
I think the coming crisis (if any) will be better managed and moderate fall is expected but will not badly hurt the market.
