过两天我也要去面试了。在tauranga， graduate engineer. 如果他们问我expected salary, 不知道怎么回答，说个4万5过不过分阿？

is it your first job? I'm 100% sure they will ask what salary you look for? I think you can have a look what is the salary for enter level engineer, if it is around 45k, you can just tell them you looking for 45k, or a range like 43k - 47k. but if you think about how much you can have after gst.   45k x 0.66= 29.7k,   if you go 38k years, it is 38k x0.8=30.4k. but that up to you, you may want 50k next year, you can tell them what you want anyway. the more they looking for is what you can do, they will like to pay few more k if you are very good.

thanks for LS, by the way, you may also can say "I am not sure how salary this position will have, could like tell me what the salary you may put in this position?" and then, tell them you want 45k

是我的第一份工作，毕竟是在一个小城市，我觉得45000左右应该不过分的哦，不想太under value。弱弱问一下，0.66, 0.8是怎么算出来的哦？工资税后计算，刚才查了一下，如果税前工资 s 是 38000 < s < 60000，那税后是不是“38000*19.5%+（s -38001）*33%”？

I think <38000 is S,38000 < m < 60000. maybe I am wrong. m=33% GST. so if 45k still S, of course ask this price. but i do think you should check the average salary for enter level engineer first. anyway , good luck for your interview. this is my work time, so there is only english. hehe

回答一下ＬＺ在３９楼提到的工资问题，我记得的ＰＡＹＥ后的数据是

３４０００，　ＰＡＹＥ　后，每星期是５１９，　一年是２６９８８
３８０００．　ＰＡＹＥ　后，每星期是５８０左右，一年大概３０１６０
４００００．ＰＡＹＥ　后，每星期是６０４，　一年是３１４０８
４５０００．　ＰＡＹＥ　后，每星期是６６７，一年是３４６８４．

所以在ＮＺ这地方要赚３８０００以上，拿到手的工资才真正高于３万

那个50楼的工资问题，好像是年底算税，有的还要交的，我听说38k< ? <60k, 我想知道这个范围交 %多少的税~~这样很多人在回答老板工资问题的时候心里有底。不过，越多越好应该是对的吧

终于明白税怎么收拉，看来还是越多越好啊。它是38k以下收19%，38k到60k收33%，60以上收39%。
不过如果你工资45k的话，那你的前面38k依然收19%，从你的38k到45k的这7k它才收33%。举个例子，如果一个人收入7万，那要交的税就是38x19%+（60-38）x33%+(70-60)x39%  ,希望这个帮到大家，因为我100%肯定你interview的时候老板会问你工资问题的。
