房价高赚的也多呀，新西兰这个地方税高，又赚不到钱，就算有钱也没地方花。楼主还是想清楚吧。

澳洲是好，工资高消费也高。有一洋人同事刚去了，会来惊叹：悉尼物价比伦敦还高，房价crazy！（他之前在伦敦工作了5年）他在我们公司大约是70k 一年，澳洲大约是85k。觉得要是有能力的话，去澳洲会有更好的发展，要是在纽都混不好的话，去到澳洲这种大国也很难混的下去。

everything is about $$, if u have plenty $$, as long u like NZ life style, then no worries, Epsom, Mission Bay, Kohimarama, st heliers Bay, Orakei are good place, parnell...sounds high class, but, they are just for ppl that like to be a bubble, small sections, very crowded, Mt eden is good, all u need to do is visit open home on those places I mentioned, the more often u visit, on both sunny & rainning weather, the more experienced u will become, because at those condition, u r expect to see the worst & best condition of each house. If ur kids are very young, u can buy the house within the school zone, at the school zone boundary, they are usually cheaper. If u think u want to attend english class to improve your language, then plenty school in city, so, one stage distance from city, house quality is good & costly, 2 stages will get cheaper but more user friendly environment!
