混动技术适合日本国情，特别是日本大城市严重堵车。

但在美、澳纽等地区，堵车问题没那么严重，混动系统反增加车重和机械电子系统的复杂度

纽西兰不是经常堵车，估计上高速公路时3.5引擎会比低排量的引擎“懒”一点，低排量引擎要“劳动”才能得到提速

And it's likely that a diesel is going to worth a lot more than a petrol in 10 years, especially SUVs. So if you have to say diesel is costly on maintenance, and only if it's true ( adding the fact new diesel engine oil usually last 20000kms or more in most weather conditions) then they kind cancel each others out on values. As a matter of fact, when cars get older, cost of maintenance go up, no matter your car runs on, diesel, petrol, electricity or even water.
Very wishful thinking for some that when old diesel cost more to maintain, petrol will remain cheap......
I will let you know in 10 years, there was another dude in this thread who wants to know in 10 years as well, btw he's a douche.

Yes That is how i feel, big engine cars can be pretty fuel efficient once we got the speed up.

使用不同燃料的车老了以后维护费用都一样？车老了只要算保养成本不要算损耗件的更换？你知道diesel pump， diesel injector多少钱吗？还用水做燃料的车。。。你脑袋里装的是大便吗？有病要早治，不要拖。。。

堵车问题在NZ会越来越严重........

test drive过同一个年份的SUV 真的diesel 比petrol爽很多（除了发动机震动以外）~再买SUV绝对不买汽油的~纯粹个人意见

其实各有各好，柴油在油耗方面领先，而汽油在动力方面柴油是没法比的，也从没有谁强过谁这说法。不要给新西兰这地方给骗了，真的这么好的话很多发达国家如美国日本等就会大力支持发展柴油车，可是事实刚好相反，很多地区甚至禁止了柴油，无论怎么改进柴油对环境和人体危害还是比较大，欧洲也是因为市场差异极端所以各自占有一半，但同车型里汽油版永远比柴油版高级。而且各国对柴油公路行驶费用也不同，但平均起来也比这里贵，加上汽油版车型的高端市场在这里非常地不适应，所以造成本地柴油优势的现象。

当然如果你问在新西兰买哪个好？那肯定是柴油，因为省油和保值啊！除非你最求的是速度与基情，就是柴油车身上缺少的那种“汽"质和乐趣
