What if the seller refuses to sell or doesn't return my emails?

We suggest that you allow up to 5 days for the seller to get in touch (not everyone lives on their computer, you know!). During this time you should send them a number of emails stating you wish to complete the trade. You should also check your spam filters aren't stopping their emails.

Listing an item for sale on Trade Me is a commitment from the seller to sell the item through the site. If the auction closes successfully, the seller is obliged to complete the sale.

If you have given the seller a reasonable amount of time to return your emails or they refuse to complete the deal, submit feedback on the seller.
