if i were you, i will decide based on the package. If FB's total remuneration package is at least 10k more than what you are on, then why not. If the pay is only marginally better than your current package, then i will probably think twice. Seriously, working for a non IT company doing support, after a while your brain will become numb, it's probably a more relax environment, but slowly u will lose all your skill, as you get less opportunity to deal with interesting project work, things are usually more static, and u don;t get to work with people with similar mind/better skill as much.
Another factor to take into account is, what phase of your career are you in. If you are starting out or are still trying to gain more experience/skill, you will be better off working for an IT company as skill+experience = bargaining power in the future. If you have been in IT for a reasonable period of time, and you are married and are thinking of having kid, then may be good pay + stability + relax environment is the way to go, as you will get so much more time doing your own thing.
