The details of the complaint is below so please scroll down to the bottom. However, he does not appear to be on Queen Street today (although I don’t think you have time to go to Queen St immediately today anyway) but may do the same thing again anytime later. If he is not there today or during the time you go for site visit but it happens that he does the same thing again later - may I just email/contact you so you can have a look OR do I need to lodge another complaint thru the Call Centre? It does not appear police was willing to involve so only council can deal with him, as it is against the bylaw. I believe at least some kind of warning is necessary to deter this guy from offending again. Please kindly advise and I look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards
