The likelihood is low listings, if people don't need to sell, they won't sell.
There will be a small percentage of distress sellers - death, divorce, Business failures, which I don't think will make up a big percentage. If interest is to go further down, it is more like an interest-free loan for many to go through the initial 6-12 months.
More government supports will also roll out during this period.
The market will return to normality in a year or so.
The market moves in a contrarian manner (逆勢), just as many people think there will be a decline and rush in to buy, it actually supports and increases the demand in the market and cushion the fall.
