申请永久回头签证表格上的一些问题

最近准备申请永久回头签证，现在知道换此签证是填写1175表格。上面有些问题不是很明白，想请教大家

A10 Were you the principal applicant in the original residence application Yes or No
这个问题是2年前申请Pr的时候是不是我是主申请人是吗？ 当时是我老公担保我申请的，他很早就是pr了，申请就我一个人，所以这个问题是填Yes吧

Do you currently hold a resident visa?
Yes Complete part A below to determine what visa or travel conditions to apply for
No Complete part B below to determine what visa to apply for
这个问题我应该选Part A吧？
我pr12月中旬到期，我打算过了元旦申请永久回头。

第一个正确，第二个要看你是在新西兰境内申请还是境外申请。

是在nz境内申请的。所以应该选part A吧？

这两个问题一个是我签证上有什么条件吗？没有的话就选 Not Applicable

还有第二个问题应该选No吧？

我的conditions是“Visa valid for further travel for 24 months from first arrival. Initial stay subjects to grant of entry permission. Visa is invalid if holder is outside NZ with expired travel conditions." 这也算conditions吧？还是conditions就是指section 49（1）的conditions？谢谢啦。

approval letter indicates your visa is subject to
conditions under section 49(1) of the Immigration
Act 2009, it means that there are certain
conditions that you must meet before you can
be granted a permanent resident visa. Once you
have provided us with the evidence that you have
met the conditions, they can be removed from
your visa.
Your resident visa approval letter will contain
details of any conditions you must meet and the
process for having these conditions removed
once you have met them.

配偶签没有s49条件的，住满184天一年就可以了

就是附加条件，一般是没有的，你的基本是木有的。要是有，你的签证页上会写明白的

如果你的签证包含section 49(1) condition，会在签证中明确说明，如果签证上没有写，就是没有。
