5000以上的车应该有个Turners的验车单，上面有变速箱，看看是不是勾在Pass上，如果是，可以告他们。

因为买之前要到MTA的workshop 做service, 那时候已经会知道你波箱死了，不修怎么盖印？
3) 14天内可以退钱. 已经过了就免问。

应该可以退钱的，上个月我的朋友在那里买了一个05 swift，花了1。2万，还没开到家就overheat了，后来找到turners, 他们2话没说就给了2个选择1，愿意把毛病修好，并且他们包所有的维修费用。2，可以把车开回去，他们给你写张支票（全额退款）。后来我朋友选的第二选项，全额退款。跟他们好好说，应该给退的。

LZ只要你去找经理肯定可以退的，他们这种很多的，光电话没用，大不了最后上小法庭，反正你准赢的。

第一个解决方法，让turners卖给你机械保险，因为你刚买是可以在turners买机械保险的，机械保险应该是可以保修波箱。
第二直接送他们Disputes Tribunal，你刚买就出波箱问题他们是跑不掉的。因为已经against comsumer art

如果买的时候有TURNERS的车检报告是可以投诉他们的，而且如果是新上牌的话，好像一定天数内有质量问题也可以向汽车协会投诉吧。我有一次在TURNERS买车，上面写的有合金轮，结果不是的，买完后他们拍卖的录音记录后还退了我500刀。说实话，TURNERS的名气大了服务反而退步了很多，尤其是PENROSE的，而且现在很多车行的车都比那便宜，北岸的TURNERS比较好，几乎所有的车都有报告，感觉质量比PENROSE的好点

还真是，朋友在总行买的车刚买完拨箱就有问题，而且他们那receptionist几个老妇女态度巨差无比。北岸就好很多，拍卖的时候还是找的员工帮我拍，态度也好很多。而且我和我同学的车买了也没有任何问题。

上小法庭或者发个律师信就搞定了，反正他们也就扔回拿过来拍的车行

你应该付了395块的“Turners Purchurs Protection, TPP” 吧。 那个就是保护你的。

why people still go to Turners, there are too many victims already, yes, their prices are really cheap and attractive, but the cars they selling always have problems. My friend bought a VW from them some time ago, on the way home, he noticed the transmission problem, it cost him $6000 to rebuild the gearbox, transmission flush doesn't work at all. There was another report showing the transmission issue, but my friend didn't ask for it, so they only provided the basic report, not the other detailed one.

they are cheap compare to other dealers, that's the reason that people go to them, otherwise, they won't have any business, turners is having a bad reputation now

My friend and I both bought our cars at Turners and doing fine. I think that's all up to you, if you are mindful, say give your car an inspection before bidding, some obvious problems can be avoided such as the transmission faulty. But also I think turners is a place to buy cheap cars, not a good choice to buy any cars over $15,000, especially European cars.
