Don't think so, one friend is an real estate agent.
Never heard he said that he needed to pay $$ to the mentor agent ;
you're helping him sell properties, he's teaching you experience, fair-trade.
I heard , a few years back, there was a minimum pay at first few months ;
then you're on your own.
Did you ever hear that lowest pay workers,
such as kitchen hand pays his boss money, in order to get paid?
Nonsense, right?
If people have to pay real estate agents/companies, such as Barfoot to become an agent,
I think people would rather become a kitchen hand.
