in this tough time,  lots of people have no jobs,
employers would rather pick someone with experience, because of more candidates.
So you need:
   1. working experience,
   2. lots of CVs
   3. lots of patience.
   4. lots of luck.

My friend gained his master degree 2005,
he couldn't find a job for 2 years after graduation;
then had to go back to Taiwan to work,
He came back last year, just found a job this year because of his experience.

Remember the first 2 are the things you can do:
   1. working experience
   2. lots of CVs
                     
To add  up experience into you CV,
take some volunteer jobs/projects offered by community, city councils,

master without experience is very hard to find a job.......coz you are over qualified for most of the entry level jobs.........and u dun have experience for other jobs...

when my wife finished her masters, her 1st job was at Employment Relations Services, Labour department, cant remember her title but she work as one of those people you talk to if you have employment issue with your employer, there was 200 people competing for 5 positions.

after that it has been easy for her to find a job.

1st job is always the hardest

but she is back to school now, doing her PhD.

MASTER这个学历很尴尬
个人觉得MASTER只是为更高学历做铺垫的一个学历罢了

个人认为，读完大学，找一份工作，在日后的工作中，发现了自己还有需要进修的地方，再去读MASTER，读出来后，以往的经验，加上更高一级的学历，才会更加有帮助。

光是一口气读到MASTER 读完了在没有任何工作经验的情况下，这个尴尬的学历，是很难找到工作的。

赞同，工作之后再读master,自己读的会轻松些，而且对下一步的工作升职也很有帮助
