最近申请了一工作,通过了第一轮面试。接着被要求参加psychometric test(personality test + verbal reasoning test. 我倒不担心人格测试,反正没有对错。倒是这verbal reasoning 让我很担心。我做了个trail test,结果这个惨啊,根本没来的及做完,正确率只有43%。哪位做过这种test的,谈谈心得体会吧。我实在是有点茫然。

我做过这个测试,也是现在这个公司当时面试的时候让我去做的。这种测试的形式有很多种,我当时练习的时候也像你那样,找了练习来做,结果成绩不怎么样。。。我还觉得死定了。但是我当天去考试的时候,才发现,跟我练习的不一样,更多的是逻辑上的推理,比如谁和谁什么关系,等等前面说了一些关系,然后下面有一些颠来倒去的讲法,让你判断正误。。。不难,但是因为时间很短,所以我没做完,但是成绩不错。我觉得可能是根据你需要申请的工作的性质来决定你考什么类型的吧。我是developer,所以可能是这种的,其他的不是很确定。。。希望对你有帮助。

谢谢LSD,我是应聘的accounting position.只要求verbal reasoning,不要求logical的。搜了很多资料,大多是建议多practise.

I think it has some verbal reasoning.I did the test in E&Y, and I got the report it has verbal reasoning section.I only got 27%.

是吗?我又做了个别的,又得了52%。愁死我了!我搜索了一下,有人说average在70%左右。你说郁闷不郁闷。不管了,尽力就是了。

再练习IELTS的TRUE,FALSE,NOT GIVEN 题,跟SHL的verbal reasoning 一样的题型,就算是临时抱佛脚吧。

先看题, 再看文章, 带着问题找答案。你是说你每次都可以做完, 只是准确率不高是么?还是说52%扣除了你没做完的部分?
