APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
1. Applications in person:
 Application form: can be downloaded from our website or available at our centre.
 Passport: current
 Two passport size photos, not older than 6 months; without glasses
 Test fee: $360 – Eftpost/ Visa or Master cards/ cheque (made out to Auckland UniServices Ltd)
Candidates will receive a Letter of Confirmation.
Address: Level 5, SAP Building, 67 Symonds Street, AUCKLAND 1010.
Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5pm

2. Email Applications.
Candidates can apply by email.
 Download the application form & payment cover sheet, and fill out
 Scan the documents, passport photo page & passport size photo (not older than 6 months) with a coloured scanner.
 Payment is by Visa or Master card.
Candidates will receive a Letter of Confirmation by email.
