请懂车的高手们帮帮忙！！

最近想买车，看了一辆Nissan 的Tiida。看了卖家的验车报告后，有几点不懂
不知道这车的问题严不严重！这车还能不能买！希望懂车的朋友们提供点意见，谢谢！！

以下几点是报告里面写着的：

• L / Front head light too low align and focus (WOF)
• L / Front shock observer strut bouncing (further investigation required)
• Sign of paint and repair L / Rear guard and bumper and front bumper
• Sign of oil seeping R / side of engine (keep under observation)
• Surface rust started under bonnet and under radiator mount (keep under observation)
• LTD inspection under body front side splash guard
• The vehicle body has a few scratches, stone chips, scuffs marks dent. (customer to satisfy themselves in this regard).

看样子前任车主开的不经心，经常碰撞。

没什么的，机油有些渗，二手车多少都会这样的，油封，过个两三年，都这样的。
铁锈也很正常的，放心吧。红色字体的部分，问题都不大。

这个车追尾过，造成左大灯无法靠微调调到正常高度（说明追尾把支撑大灯的架 ...
