文章有點長....有耐心可以看下XD
今天是星期六,小弟下班後和令外三位朋友一起吃晚餐,然後就去了GLENFIELD的Dennis.
坐下點單之後,由於無聊就拿出了三國殺大家一起玩
我們並不吵,就普通講話的音量而已,一直也都和服務員有說有笑,客客氣氣的.
玩了差不多半小時後,東西吃完了,盤子收走了,大家繼續坐著聊天,玩著三國殺
突然就有一位叫做Romeo的穿著紅色衣服的人走了過來 (大概是印度或是島民)
以下縮寫
R: HEY YOU! No cards allowed in here, u wanna play cards you get out.
他一講完我們四人都火了
我 : What? why is this not allowed? we are not gambling or anything?
R : It is NZ law that in any resturant that serves alcohol, you can't play cards in it, by doing that you would encourage other people to gamble~
我 : whatever, tell me which book and which chapter, I will look it up online now.
R : It's NZ law, you don't need to know which book or chapter, it my resturant and I make the rules.
我 : I understand as the resturant owner, you have the right to make the rules, however, you must at least stating it on the window or something as the term and condition for entry, you can't just tell customers what your rule is after they paid for the service, and expecting them to obey it, that is not how it works. It is not that we want trouble or anything but I think you have some problem with your manner.
R: I dont care, if you don't put your cards away then you can get out.
話才剛說完, 就又站過來一個又肥又矮的毛利人之類的,穿著Icon sercurity 的制服,站在經理旁邊然後開始說話
Icon : WHATS YOUR PROBLEM? I AM THE SERCURITY, TALK TO ME IF YOU WANT!
我一聽就更火了,想說不就一個Sercurity, 我也沒喝醉,也沒做錯什麼, 好像神氣的什麼樣子
我 : We do not want any trouble, its just that the manager is telling us that by NZ Law, we can not play cards here, I don't think there is such law? please tell me which book and which chapter so we can look it up now.
Icon : U WANT TO KNOW THE LAW? I CAN CALL THE POLICE AND LET THEM COME HERE AND TELL YOU ABOUT IT, HOW DOES TAT SOUND?
沒辦法,我們只好先把牌放一邊,這兩個人看我們把牌放一邊, 那個sercurity看了一下經理,經理就說thanks mate, 然後sercurity 就走了. 之後經理也跟著轉身進了辦公室了.
但我越想越不對,想說小弟我剛好好死不死在警局裡面上過一年半的班,從來沒有聽過這條法規,也沒聽過那個人因為breach 這條被抓的, 當然,可能是小弟才疏學淺, 為了確認,我立刻打給Auckland city 警局. 過了差不多五分鐘在電話上的對談之後,
這位警察說 : I have never heard of such law, not to my aware of,但為了安全起見, 他又再把我轉給了Northern Communication Centre (在這裡順道提一下,這種事情請不要打111, 因為不是緊急事件)
我又把我的故事講了一遍, 這位警方的operator說:
I have never heard of such law, the resturant operator has the right to make the rules, but I have never heard of that you can not play cards in the resturant if you are not gambling.
我 : can I please pass on the phone to the manager and you can tell him that, he wouldn't believe me
Operator : sure, I will talk to him.
於是我就請了他們的員工去請了經理出來, 然後我把電話拿給他說
我 : Its the police on the phone, they want to talk to you.
R : POLICE!! what do u call them for? we dont want no trouble. 然後臉色就一變接過了電話
他們說了什麼我也沒聽到,不過大概就是You have the right to make the rule, but don't make up laws 或是 do not threat your customer 之類的. (因為我有講他們找了sercurity來back him up, the way he talked to us was quite intimidating).
電話一掛了之後,臉和態度就整個變了, 就開始會笑然後we apologise for what we said eariler 之類的
我 : I do understand you have the right to make ur own rule and I respect it, but you do not speard the wrong information around, ok?
R : We are sorry about that and we will improve it next time.
之後我就和朋友付錢就走了
結帳時經理還can I have your card please, how would you like to pay 之類的,笑的非常燦爛.
雖然說結果最後還算是好的,不過總是覺得有幾點這家店讓我和我的朋友不會再去了
1) 我覺得這位經理有種族歧視
2) 你今天假如態度良好的和我們講,我也不會和你爭,但是你這種客服讓小弟不敢恭維
3) 我們幾個長的比較baby face, 欺負我們年輕....
4) 給我感覺我們吃完了就要趕人了,又不是沒別的座位也沒人在等
所以在此建議,能不去這家店找氣受,最好就別去了. 不過同時還要講一下,有一位年記比較大全頭白髮的服務員,態度相當的不錯,不過除了他,所有員工都愛理不理,臉臭,加上這種經理.....
不過小弟同時想要在這裡請教一下精通這方面法律的各位大哥,是否真的有這條法令?在下之前上班的時候真的沒聽說或從書上讀到過,先謝謝了 |
