我们常用的一家:
1. Permanent Positions
12½% of annual salary (salary $49,999 or less per annum)
15 % of annual salary (all Sales & Marketing Positions)
15 % of annual salary (salary $50,000 or greater per annum)
GST charges are additional. Fees are based on annual salary and bonus/commission payments (where they form part of the salary offer) and DO NOT include any non-taxable benefits such as allowances, subsidised loans/mortgages, company cars, superannuation, health insurance and bonus or commission payments etc which may apply. Fees are payable on successful completion of an assignment.
2. Temping Positions
Fees are charged at a flat rate of $6.00 per hour. and for Public Holidays that would otherwise have been worked, plus applicable holiday pay, plus GST.
3. Contract Positions
As for Permanent Positions above, based on the length of the contract, with a minimum charge of a 6-month fee. |
