请问cv45w 在onewa road上的房子现在大概能卖多少钱呢?

第一次买房子 心里完全没数……请大家帮帮忙啊～

看上了一个房子在onewa road，cross lease400的地
2/3 室 2卫浴  CV 45w
大概多少钱能买下来呢？

买到那里的话。。。真心不如找全幅地了。。。。。。哪怕GLENFIELD的也比那里强太多

cross lease 是趋势。。。freehold的房子至少比cross lease的贵上个5W+..当然更保值,潜力也更大。
我觉得LZ这房子价位应该在55W - 65W. 具体也要看房屋状况，地等。
Onewa rd是主路 个人不喜欢 早晚上班高峰期时出行很麻烦。

既然去年都买到50W高了。。。 那肯定得65W+了。。。要不然本都回不了。

i think the price stable at mid to high 50s for cross leased.  schools - northcote primary, northcote college, northcote intermediate

price in this area doesn't go so fast. full site may be more in demand.

问题是如果我是卖家。。至少要能净赚5W以上吧。。。 50W高买的再50W高卖出去 不可能啊。中介费，律师费 还有杂七杂八的各种费用不倒赔个几W呢。。。除非是真的撑不住了。。

yes, depending when did seller buy the house.

Notice more kiwi are selling ... asian are not so willing to sell even market is gd.  
2002 - 2007 --------> a lot of kiwi selling , a lot of asian buying.
2010- 2013 ---------> a lot of asian are holding on their houses and not selling.   ( in school zone areas, unless circumstances require them to sell), causing shortage in supply.  This is a generic statement.
