请问大律师，关于警察罚单。。。(已经回答）

今天下班回家路上，不小心冲了个黄灯，被警察拦下了，罚了150，我没话可说，可是我还是TM的learner,再开了一张400的罚单，可是我之前是full licence,只是吊销过，还没来得急考，那个警察说如果我一个月内把full licence重新给考过，然后写个解释信，就免罚那400块，可是我要怎么解释呢，请教下大律师，跪谢了

Dear Collection unit / To whom it may concern:

My name is xxx and I am writing this letter in the hope that you reconsider the traffic infringment fine of $400 which was issued to me on (date) and (serial number xxxx) for holding a learner license only when driving.

The said infringment notice was issued to me in addition to a fine of $150 for crossing a yellow traffic light. I was told by the police officer on duty that if I could re-acquire my full licnense the fine of $400 could be waived accordingly.

Further, I am struggling at moment because of financial hardship and work related stress. A fine of $400 would certainly not help the situation given the state of my current circumstances.

Relying on the police officer's promise, i have now re-acquired a full driver's license therefore I sincerely hope that you would allow the infringment notice to be waived this one time as an exception to policy.

I thank you for your kindness and await for your earliest reply.

你写完之后，罚单上面有个地址的，你买个信封按照罚单上的地址直接寄就好了

谢谢你！能直接上网就更方便了。罚单上的地址是Wellington。 有知道的麻烦给个链接吧。

city council 的可以上网写，但警察开的罚单应该只能post的吧。

你好赵律师，我今天开车跟着朋友的车在过红绿灯的时候，朋友是绿色等过去了。我跟车，在过程中变了黄色灯。结果警察冲出来说我闯红色灯。结果罚了我150 ，我跟他解释我没有闯红灯，走到一半才变的黄色。怎么可能闯红灯。警察对我讲：那你是在说 我说谎吗？这个事情让我很气氛我想投诉他。要了他的警号。我朋友可以作证明他过的时候是绿色灯。请问我该怎么办？
