前几天做了体检，诊所帮我把结果交给移民局，移民局发了封信给我，请大家帮我看看，告诉我该怎么做
You will recall that you submitted a Medical and Chest X Ray Certificate to complete the lodgement requirements of your application. Immigration Instructions require that if any significant finding is observed the certificate is to be referred to an Immigration New Zealand Medical Assessor for assessment.

We have identified some issues of possible concern in regards to the health information provided on your medical certificate.

Your certificate has been referred to the Medical Assessor. This could take up to four weeks before it is returned. Your application will be held at this office until this certificate is assessed and returned. You may be asked to provide additional information in the form of specialist reports clarifying the nature and prognosis of your condition.  If the certificate meets an acceptable standard of health your application will then be allocated to a Case Officer.

Please note: You must inform Immigration New Zealand of any relevant fact or any change of circumstances that may affect the decision of your application for a visa. If you do not, you may become liable for deportation.

大概意思是----你的体检报告送到Medical Assessor，最多用4周的时间评估。评估返回给移民局的时候你可能会要求补充体检方面的报告。如果符合体检报告移民局健康要求，你就会分配到移民官。

慢慢等体检报告复查结果吧。最近睡觉要正常，多吃水果蔬菜。

樓上說的很對，樓主不必擔心。一般的毛病都不會有妨礙，最多按照移民局要求複查而已。好多移民都遇到類似的情況，最後也都成功地批下來了。

如果你知道自己有什麼疾病的，就注意保證正常的作息時間，保證睡眠和充分休息，多吃水果蔬菜。等移民官通知你需要具體複查某些項目，你再按要求做就可以了。
